From now on, and thanks to the new multi-carrier functionality: <\/span> Returns web portal <\/span><\/strong> , your customers can <\/span> comfortably manage returns <\/span><\/strong> without having to contact you. <\/span><\/p>\n

To activate <\/span><\/strong> this new portal, you have to <\/span> contact the customer success area <\/span><\/strong> ( <\/span> support@deliverea.com <\/span><\/a> ). Once this first management is done, it can be configured very easily through the app. <\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Configure the URL of your portal by adding the name of your company <\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Complete pickup options: <\/span>\n
      \n
    1. home collection <\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Pickup at a <\/span> carrier convenience point <\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. Configure the sender of the e-mails. The dropdown will show you the ones that currently exist in your account. <\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Configure the appearance of e-mails and webportal. <\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Choose your return policy, notifications and exit page. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Once the aforementioned has been configured, through a <\/span> simple three-stage process <\/span><\/strong> , your customers will be able to manage a return autonomously, simply by completing the necessary data: <\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Select the original order <\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Select the item(s) to return <\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Return detail<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        At the end of the process, <\/span><\/strong> your client will receive an <\/span> email notification <\/span><\/strong> with the <\/span> collection information <\/span><\/strong> and the <\/span> label <\/span><\/strong> that must be attached to the package. <\/span><\/p>\n
